We hope this isn't the state of the ODNR's attitude towards river water and all water in Ohio - at an abandoned canoe launch on the Mahoning River, Youngstown, Ohio, across the street from Youngstown City Water Department, "WATER .... Ohio Department of Natural Resources ..... US Department of the Interior"
